WHISPER IN THE WIND  SUPPLIES FILTERS: AP LINES - SILVERLINING MURA MEISTER - PERSPECTIVE TILING  MENDI - WAVY LAB  OPEN ALL TUBES AND THE MASK AND MIMIMIZE THEM PICK A LIGHT COLOR AND A DARK COLOR FROM YOUR PICTURE THE TUTORIAL 1.  OPEN A NEW IMAGE 1000 X 624 2.  SELECT ALL  3.  GRAB THE TEEPEE 2 IMAGE AND COPY 4.  PASTE INTO THE SELECTION AND SELECT NONE 5.  ADJUST BLUR - RADIAL - ZOOM 6.  FILTERS - AP LINES - SILVER LINING - DOTTY GRID  7.  LAYER - DUPLICATE 8.  EFFECT - GEOMETRIC EFFECTS PERSPECTIVE VERTICLE 9.  REPEAT THIS EFFECT CHANGE DISTORTION TO -95 10.  EFFECTS - DISTORTION - WARP  11.  SLIDE THIS TO THE LEFT 12.  DUPLICATE - MIRROR 13.  MERGE DOWN 14.  NEW RASTER LAYER 15.  FILL WITH A LIGHT COLOR FROM YOUR SCENRY 16.  LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER -  17.  MERGE GROUP 18 ARRANGE LAYERS - MOVE DOWN 19.  BACK TO THE TOP LAYER ASS A NEW LAYER 20.  USING YO
